ERP Team Leader
1. Purpose of the job - the purpose of the position or why this job exists within the department or organization
Q Holding Company is seeking an experienced ERP Team Leader who will be responsible to Lead and manage the ERP Team projects and supporting improvements of the company business processes/reporting + Ongoing ERP support to end users in all sites
2. Key accountabilities – the 6-8 key duties or accountabilities of the position
1. Analysis of business processes to understands the current state and gaps
2. Specification user requirements (URS) + functional specifications (FS)
3. Managing the implementation cycle – Customize the system (Directly or by outsourcing) ,Testing, Training, Support – Up to Stabilisation
4. Lead ad hoc projects end to end (e.g. ERP implementation in a new site, MRP module implementation, Costing improvement implementation, etc.)
5. Ongoing ERP support (Answering service calls tickets / Visiting sites)
6. The Team Leader will organize, deploy, track, and report on ongoing initiatives for the ERP system
7. Working closely with business partners to prioritize ERP resources and manage expectations
4. Knowledge, skills and experience – the minimum qualifications and experience required to perform the responsibilities of this position
Minimum qualification required:
Industrial engineer or a degree in Information systems or an equivalent knowledge / experience.
At least 5 years of experience with Priority ERP System
Ability to work in Hebrew & English
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Knowledge/experience required beyond minimum qualification:
High ability to self learn
Ability to work with employees in all levels and implement changes (Also with managers in all levels)
Ability to build a solid work plan
Ability to lead projects and control : Time, Budget, Scope
Team player, good communication and social skills
Ability to perform under pressure
